Master Teacher Training Programme for Vocational Colleges at Paderborn University and Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences

In addition to the initiation of teaching and learning processes and corresponding support programmes, the focus of the educational science and vocational education degree programme for teachers at vocational colleges is also on reflecting on basic vocational and business education issues and the associated professional skills development. Students deal with the possibilities of vocational education systems and their institutional and organisational structures in order to be able to anticipate professional requirements and incorporate them into didactic considerations. In the Master's degree programme, these competences are differentiated, centred on pedagogical practice and intensively reflected upon in terms of professional policy issues.
