International exchange
The Educational Management and Educational Research in Continuing Education working group maintains regular dialogue with various international cooperation partners. This exchange is not limited to the realisation of joint research projects, but also includes the regular mobility (incoming and outgoing) of lecturers for teaching purposes.
For example, members of the group have already offered courses at the Universities of Turku (Finland), Jyväskylä (Finland) and Antwerp (Belgium). At the same time, a number of international guest speakers have already been recruited to give lectures and courses at Paderborn University.
In addition to the mobility of lecturers, the exchange of students is also very important to us. We currently maintain cooperative relationships with the University of Antwerp and the University of Turku on the basis of ERASMUS+ agreements.
