A particular focus of the Education Studies group, which specialises in educational management and educational research in continuing education, is on research into workplace learning processes in organisations and the effectiveness of formal educational interventions in professional contexts.
The members of the working group research and teach under the direction of Prof Dr Christian Harteis. The secretariat and student assistants provide reliable and flexible support to the Harteis working group. The entire team introduces itself here.
