Vom 23. August bis zum 02. September 2021 fand die internationale Tagung der EARLI 2021 in Götheburg aufgrund der aktuellen pandemischen Lage in digitaler Form statt. Wissenschaftler*innen aus aller Welt stellten dort ihre Forschungen rund um das Thema „Education and Citizenship: Learning and Instruction and the Shaping of Futures“ online vor. Besonders COVID-19 hat diesem Motto eine tiefere Bedeutung gegeben. Die AG präsentierte dafür folgende Beiträge:

Die "European Association for Research on Learning and Instruction" (EARLI) ist eine der größten internationalen Organisationen für Bildungsforschung.
