ProL­ernen Group

One of the most important strategies for changing behavior is consistency. That is why we are offering a weekly group program, which takes place on Thursdays from 12:30-13:30 in H3.219. Hybrid participation via Zoom is also possible.

We focus on working with your available resources and honing your skills. Another important support is the relationship between you and your fellow students, along with building a network of general social support. This can provide opportunities to learn from others what helps them to realize their goals. Together, with the help of an expert, you will develop individual strategies to reduce procrastination. You can join the group at any point after registration.
