Proven to work: Our workshop “Finally stop procrastination”  

In this workshop, you will learn effective and evidence-based techniques to finally decrease your procrastination. Every week, the anti-procrastination program from the book "Heute fange ich wirklich an!" Overcoming procrastination and putting things off - a guide". Additional exercises and consistent support will lead to a substantial change in your behavior.
