Despite all efforts, not everything always runs perfectly in an institution as large as Paderborn University. If you have a reason to complain and this cannot be resolved via a direct link to the person who gave rise to the complaint, you have the option of contacting the known interest groups.
In principle, students can contact the Office of Student Affairs or deans of studies and student councils , while staff can contact their supervisors and staff councils.
In the subject area of music, you can contact the head of department, their deputy and the liaison lecturers.
