Information for prospective students
Pop culture is media culture - and nowhere is this connection more evident than in the Popular Music and Media degree programme at Paderborn University. The programme is all about this interplay. You learn how technical developments - from sound recording to digitalisation - influence the production, distribution and perception of music. The programme combines cultural studies perspectives with media-related issues and offers a sound insight into the history and present of music culture.
