Am 14. und 15. Juni 2013 findet in Taipei, Taiwan, die internationale Konferenz "Cityscapes in Europe and Asia, 13th to 20th Centuries" in der International Conference Hall der National Taiwan Normal University statt. Die Tagung wurde vom Graduate Institute of Art History der NTNU und dem Lehrstuhl für Neuere und Neueste Geschichte der Universität Zürich organisiert. Frau Prof. Dr. Seng wird im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltung zum Thema "From Primitive Hut to Large Scale Housing. The Presence of Utopia in Architecture" vortragen.
