Open Science Symposium
Open Access, Open Educational Resources, Open Source and Research Data - at Paderborn University we are active in these fields, which are all subsumed under the term Open Science. In order to discuss further developments and challenges, the OASE project team, together with the Open Access, Open Educational Resources and Research Data contact points and the Presidential Board, invites you to the Open Science Symposium.
After a short impulse on the development of an Open Access culture, the focus will be on the tension between AI and openness in a keynote speech by Dr Raphael Ball, ETH Zurich. We will then meet in the interactive World Café to discuss the topics. We are looking forward to a broad interest.
The primary language of the event is German.
For organisational reasons, please register by 25 January 2026.
