In the summer semester 2024, the lecture series "UPB for Future" will take place for the second time, organised by the Higher Education Development Office together with the department of Prof. Dr René Fahr, Vice President for Knowledge and Technology Transfer at Paderborn University.  All interested parties are cordially invited to attend the lectures, which take place every Thursday from 4.15 to 5.45 pm in lecture theatre L1. On Thursday, 2 May, Michel Scholtysik from the Heinz Nixdorf Institute at Paderborn University will give a lecture on "Sustainable transformation in industry: the role of the circular economy as a driver of change"

At "UPB for Future", not only researchers from all five faculties and many different departments, but also external speakers will share their thoughts and perspectives on the topic of sustainability. The lecture series is aimed at students, staff and interested members of the public.
