During the 2026/27 winter semester, the Institute of German Literature and Comparative Literature and the Centre for Contemporary German Literature at Paderborn University invite all interested parties to a series of literary readings followed by discussions.

In the new winter semester, Paderborn University is once again inviting anyone interested to attend a range of public lecture series on numerous topics of social relevance. Every week, teaching staff and researchers from the university’s five faculties, as well as external experts, will explore a wide variety of academic aspects.

Through this new centre, Paderborn University will in future bring together research, teaching and knowledge transfer relating to the Benelux region (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg).

Last-minute applicants can submit their applications to Paderborn University for the 2026/27 winter semester until 15 October. The Central Student Advisory Service is on hand to answer any questions about starting your studies and the range of courses on offer.
